Balcones Distilling celebrates their 10th Anniversary, releasing ten new spirits in 2018, first up is Texas Rye Whiskey. This 100% Rye Mashbill began with Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas accompanied by crystal, chocolate and roasted rye. Driven by constant curiosity, it is distilled in copper pot stills, bringing new subtlety and perspective to a classic approach.
