Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur

Located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, Greenhook Ginsmiths is a small, artisan distillery owned and operated by Steven DeAngelo. Their custom made copper alembic still has been specially engineered to work under a Mercury Vacuum, which reduces the atmospheric pressure in the still and allows the spirit to be distilled at a lower temperature, producing a cleaner, more aromatic distillate.

Inspired by the traditional English sloe gin, Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur is created by infusing their signature dry gin with local beach plums and organic Turbinado sugar. The result is a distinctive, beautifully balanced spirit with pronounced aromas of berry, plum and spice leading to a pleasantly tart, off-dry palate.
