Redemption Rye Straight Rye Whiskey

Redemption Rye uses a mash of 95% premium rye grain (as opposed to the US standard of 51% rye) for a spicy and bold flavor. Bardstown Barrel Selections, the maker, bottles this rye in small batches which allows it to leave the whiskey in the barrels longer for the most flavor and color. The barrels are emptied and filtered for particles, the rye cut down to 92 proof and bottled immediately so that the most flavor from the barrel makes it into the bottle.
