Aged 3 years in New #3 Charred American Oak Barrels in 90 Proof. Made with 100% locally sourced New York grains (70% Corn, 25% Wheat, 5% Malted Barley). This bourbon has beautiful notes of candied fruits, honey and sweet spices. The silky smoothness is enhanced by the char from 3 years spent in the barrel.
