Cutwater Black Skimmer Blended Bourbon

Cutwater Spirits was once a part of the Ballast Point Brewing family, but they recently cut out on their own as an independent entity and are bringing some truly original spirits to their hometown of San Diego and beyond. Black Skimmer Bourbon is one of their flagship whiskeys, a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys incorporating some of Cutwater's own distillate and some from their favorite distilleries throughout the US. This is a smooth-drinking bourbon with a long, complex finish and notes of vanilla, honeysuckle, and clove.
